Victory Housing is proposing to build an 86-unit community for independent seniors on the property bordered by Maryland Avenue and Monroe Street in the City of Rockville. The community, which will be known as Victory Court, will provide much-needed housing resource while adding a new and beautiful architecture to the City of Rockville.
